How do I start a return?
Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions — no forms and no return interview. Change-of-mind return postage is yours; if it arrived faulty, it's ours.
Something arrived damaged.
Send us a photo with your order number and we'll replace or refund it in full, return shipping covered.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders are fulfilled by our manufacturing partner and ship free to anywhere in Australia. We don't ship internationally yet. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days from dispatch, with tracking.
